Our Story
Fickle Coffee was born from a simple idea: that the smallest moments often become the ones we remember most.
What began as a daily ritual slowly became something more. Coffee wasn’t just a drink—it became a pause, a place to think, dream, reflect, and imagine where life could lead next. Over time, that feeling grew into a desire to create a brand that represented curiosity, adventure, and the courage to follow where inspiration leads.
That’s where Fickle Coffee began.
To us, being fickle isn’t about being indecisive. It’s about allowing yourself to explore, to change, and to remain open to new experiences. Every destination, conversation, and cup has the potential to change the way we see the world.
Our first collection, Lumora, was created to represent that quiet moment when something inside you begins to awaken—a new idea, a new journey, or simply a different way of seeing the day ahead.
As Fickle Coffee grows, each coffee release will become a new volume in an ongoing story inspired by travel, culture, craftsmanship, and discovery. Our hope is that every bag offers more than exceptional coffee. We hope it becomes part of your own story.

Where it begins
Perfectly balanced. Not too dark or too light. Not to acidic. Great flavor. Very fresh. And I love the idea and the concept behind the brand. I do need more of that in my life.
Once I tried this coffee, I could never go back to store-bought brands. I genuinely look forward to this cup every morning, and I've already restocked to make sure I never run out. You can tell this company put tremendous thought and Care into every aspect of its coffee, from the expertly roasted beans to the use of organic, pesticide free ingredients. The flavor is incredibly rich, smooth, and full of depth. This is by far the best coffee I've had, and I will absolutely be a customer for life!
This is, literally, the very BEST coffee I have ever had!! In the past, when I ordered hazelnut or mocha coffee, the flavor was so overpowering I would have to cut it, half and half, with plain medium or dark roast. With Lumora, I began with simply enjoying the incredible fragrance! Once I made the coffee and took my first sips, I was whooshed into heaven ~ The flavor is complex and subtle ~ and at the same time, not so subtle ~ it's perfect!! I LOVE it!!
We got our order of Lumora and brewed our first pot and let me just say it was wonderful! The flavor is amazing and it is a great new way to start our day! I will be recommending this all of my coffee drinking friends!

The perfect morning blend that's great all day!! This tasty , aromatic, medium roast coffee with hints of nutmeg and chocolate has been my go to since first being introduced to it several months ago by an ambitious young entrepreneur.

Definitely a light roast! AMAZING smell off the bat✍🏻 Before, I even put it in my coffee maker I smelled hints of nuts and chocolate. it's "delicate" very balanced. (10x better than my coffee shop k cups, seriously) Flavors work together harmoniously. It's rich, smooth and VERY silky texture in my mouth. Making it a high quality cup.
Literally, made up of EVERYTHING I look for in my coffee with hints of almond AND hazelnut happening in my mouth. I also taste notes of brown sugar too! There's a lot going on with my taste buds this coffee is VERY well executed. No single flavor is too dominant.
